How does shopping work on your website?

When you see a product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Select your chosen color/size and then click on ‘Add to cart’. This will take you to the checkout page.
  • You can also add the item to your card and when you’re finished shopping, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.
  • At checkout, if you’re a new customer, you’ll need to fill in a few personal details and your chosen shipping address.
  • If you’re a returning customer, you will need to sign in and select your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and shipping & payment details.
  • A member of our customer support team will be in contact with you shortly thereafter to confirm your order and delivery preferences.

I'd like to sell my products on your website. How can I do this?

I’ve placed an order. When will it arrive?

  • At  Shopbeta you can expect delivery within the same day or the next. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, and you’ll be contacted by phone by a Shopbeta  customer support officer on the day of delivery to confirm your availability.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

  • Our customer support officer always calls you before any delivery is made to confirm the details. If you are unable to be present, then delivery can be rescheduled within 3 days. If 3 unsuccessful attempts at delivery are made, your order will be canceled.

I haven’t received my purchase. What should I do?

  • If you have not had any contact from Shopbeta 3 days after ordering, then please call us on our  hotline 0244332210 or email us at Make sure to quote your order number when you contact us – you can find it in the email sent as order confirmation.

Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my home?

  • Shopbeta delivers to the address of your choice – just make sure you enter this in the “shipping address” field at checkout.

I’d like to pick up my item instead of having it delivered. Is this possible?

  • Click on the category name on the left of the homepage to view the products we have within those categories. You can also use the search bar located at the top of our homepage to find your preferred products.

How do I place an order on your website?

    • Once you have found your preferred product, just follow the steps below:
    • Select your preferred colour/size and then click on ‘add to Cart/Buy now’, to add this product into your cart.
    • Click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ tab to complete your order
    • At checkout, you will need to fill in your personal details and shipping address if you are a new customer.
    • If you are a returning customer, please log-in – Click on your preferred payment option.

    Use payfluid for all other live payments before clicking the ‘Place order’ button.

    You will receive an invoice when the order is successful.
