Return Policy Guidelines
At Shopbeta, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how to return items hassle-free:
- You have 15 days to return eligible items if they're wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit.
- Make sure items are in original condition and packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
- For devices, remove any passwords before returning for validation.
- Note that certain items like swimwear, underwear, cosmetics, and food supplements can't be returned for hygiene and security reasons.
Initiate Your Return:
- Log in to your Shopbeta account and go to "ORDERS".
- Choose the order with the item(s) to return.
- Select the item(s) and click "See Details".
- Provide a reason for the return and additional details, then click "NEXT".
- Pick the nearest Shopbeta pickup station and click "SELECT STATION".
- Choose your refund method and click "NEXT".
- Review your info and submit your return request.
- You'll get confirmation via email and app inbox.
Refund Timelines:
- For bank transfers, expect up to 8 business days.
- Card payments are refunded within 7 - 15 business days.
- Refund vouchers are sent immediately via email.
- For MTN Mobile Money Payment, expect up to 8 business days.
