PACKAGE ZONES

Shopbeta utilizes Package Zones to categorize items based on their size or dimensions. These predefined categories aid customers in comprehending the relative size or bulkiness of products they purchase, facilitating the selection of suitable delivery options, estimation of shipping costs, and planning for handling or storage upon delivery.

DELIVERY TYPES

Door-to-door delivery (DtD) signifies our service of delivering packages directly to your specified address, ensuring convenience and ease.

Pick-up point delivery (PuP) allows you to collect your package from a designated location, such as a nearby store or post office, providing flexibility and convenience for those unable to receive deliveries at home.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Door Delivery: Your delivery period begins from the day of order placement until our delivery associate attempts to deliver, with two delivery attempts over two days (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). After this, the order will be canceled.

Pickup Stations: Your delivery period is from order placement until you receive an email, SMS, or app notification stating your order is ready for pickup. Please collect your item within 5 days to avoid cancellation.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
