Shipping policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders confirmed before [12:00 PM GMT] on business days may qualify for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability and delivery location.

3. International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method you select at checkout:

International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient, our courier will make additional attempts. Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout.
